Alpha-War合同会社（以下「当社」）は、レーザータグ施設「Lazer Zone」、出張レーザータグ、オンラインショップおよびlazerzone.jp・alpha-war.com（以下あわせて「本サービス」）における個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律に従い以下のとおり取り扱います。海外からのお客さまのため、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）およびカリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA）に準じた権利も提供します。

アレルギー等の健康に関する情報は要配慮個人情報にあたるため、保護者の同意を得て、お子さまの安全のためにのみ使用します。当社は、上記の目的以外に個人情報を利用しません。個人情報を販売することはありません。また、来場者数の分析などには、可能な限り個人を特定できない統計情報に加工して利用します。

3. Cookie　ウェブサイトでは、運営に必要なCookieと、アクセス解析のためのCookieを使用します。解析用Cookieは、サイト上のバナーで同意いただいた場合にのみ使用し、いつでも拒否できます。

4. 委託先・外国への移転　当社は次の事業者に業務を委託しています。いずれも米国の企業またはその関連会社で、情報が米国で取り扱われる場合があります。米国には包括的な連邦プライバシー法はなく、州法や分野別の法律により保護されています。当社は、委託先に個人情報保護法と同等の措置を求めています。

- Square（Square株式会社／Block, Inc.）：予約、決済、ウェブサイト

- GoDaddy（GoDaddy Inc.）：lazerzone.jpのウェブサイト（2027年1月のSquare移行まで）

- Google（Google LLC）：メール（Gmail）、プレイヤー同意書のフォーム（Googleフォーム）、写真・動画・業務データの保存

- Printify（Printify, Inc.）：グッズの製造・発送（利用する場合）

法令に基づく場合などを除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。

5. 安全管理措置　個人情報へのアクセスは必要な従業員に限定し、各サービスで多要素認証を使用します。紙の同意書は施錠できる場所に保管します。漏えい等が発生した場合は、法令に従いご本人と個人情報保護委員会に報告します。

6. ご本人の権利　保有個人データの開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示を請求できます。EU・英国・カリフォルニア州にお住まいの方は、各地の法令が定める権利（データポータビリティ、異議、同意の撤回、監督機関への苦情申立て等）も行使できます。権利の行使を理由に不利益な取扱いをすることはありません。 contact@lazerzone.jpまでご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、遅滞なく（遅くとも1か月以内に）回答します。手数料はいただきません。

7. 変更　重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページで事前にお知らせします。

Alpha-War G.K. ("we") runs the Lazer Zone laser tag venues, mobile laser tag, the online shop, lazerzone.jp and alpha-war.com (the "Services"). This policy explains how we handle personal information under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). For visitors from abroad, we also honor the rights given by the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Japanese version governs.

1. Who we are. Alpha-War G.K., 4-20-10 Shodo, Sakae-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 247-0022, Japan, represented by its representative partner Keiko Knox. Contact: contact@lazerzone.jp (Lazer Zone) or contact@alpha-war.com (Alpha-War).

Allergy and health information is sensitive under Japanese law (要配慮個人情報). We collect it only with a guardian's consent and use it only to keep the child safe. We use personal information only for the purposes above, and we never sell it. Where we can, we turn it into anonymized statistics, such as visitor numbers, that no longer identify anyone.

3. Cookies. The sites use cookies needed to run them and, only if you agree in the cookie banner, analytics cookies. You can refuse or change your choice at any time.

4. Service providers and international transfers. These companies process data for us:

- Square (Square K.K. / Block, Inc.): bookings, payments, website.

- GoDaddy (GoDaddy Inc.): the lazerzone.jp website until the January 2027 move to Square.

- Google (Google LLC): email (Gmail), the player agreement form (Google Forms), and storage of photos, videos and business files.

- Printify (Printify, Inc.): making and shipping merch, when we use it.

They are US companies or their affiliates and may process data in the United States. The US has no single national privacy law, so we require them by contract to protect data to the APPI's standard. We do not give personal information to anyone else without your consent unless the law requires it.

5. Security. Only staff who need it can see personal information, and our accounts use multi-factor authentication. Paper agreements are kept locked away. If a breach could harm you, we will tell you and Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission as the law requires.

6. Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct, delete or stop using your information, to stop sharing it, and to see the records of what we have shared. EU, UK and California residents also have the rights their laws give them, such as portability, objection, withdrawing consent and complaining to a regulator. We won't treat you differently for using them. Email contact@lazerzone.jp. We will check your identity and reply promptly, within one month at most. There is no charge.

7. Changes. We will post important changes here before they take effect.

1. 対象　本規定は、Lazer Zoneの通常プレイ、各種プラン・パッケージ、施設貸切、出張レーザータグ、キャンプの予約に適用します。

2. 予約の成立　予約確認メールの送信をもって成立します。内容をご確認ください。

3. デポジット　貸切・出張イベントは、開催日の1週間前までにデポジット¥20,000をお支払いください。デポジットは料金に充当します。お支払いは店頭またはオンラインで、空き状況をスタッフと確認したうえでお願いします。

4. お客さまの都合による日程変更　開始時刻の24時間前までに contact@lazerzone.jpへご連絡いただければ、当初の予約日から1年以内の日程に無料で変更できます。

5. お客さまの都合によるキャンセル　お支払い済みの料金は返金いたしません。上記の期限までにご連絡をいただければ、日程変更としてお取り扱いします。開始24時間前を過ぎたキャンセルおよび無断の不参加の場合、デポジットおよびお支払い済みの料金はいただきます。通常プレイは、ウェブサイトでの事前決済、または店頭でのお支払いを選べます。予約なしでもご来場いただけます。

6. 当社の都合による中止　機材の故障、天候（屋外会場）、災害、その他当社の事情で中止する場合は、日程変更または全額返金のいずれかをお選びいただけます。

7. 遅刻　遅れた場合、後の予約のため終了時刻を延長できないことがあります。誕生日・パーティーなどのパーティーイベントは、開始30分前から開始15分後までにご来場ください。開始30分前より早いご入場はできません。

8. 禁煙などの規則違反　「プレイヤー同意書・ハウスルール」に重大な違反があった場合、その場でイベントを終了することがあります。この場合の返金・日程変更はいたしません。

9. イベント責任者　貸切・出張イベントでは、予約者（イベント責任者）が変更、合意、運営に関する当社との唯一の窓口となります。

1. Scope. This policy covers bookings for regular play, plans and packages, private hire, mobile laser tag and camps.

2. Confirmation. A booking is made when we send the confirmation email. Please check the details.

3. Deposit. For private hire and mobile events, a ¥20,000 deposit is due one week before the event and counts toward the price. Pay in person or online after confirming availability with our staff.

4. Rescheduling. Email contact@lazerzone.jp at least 24 hours before your start time. You can then move your booking free of charge to any date within one year of the original.

5. Cancelling. We do not refund payments when you cancel; with 24 hours' notice we move your booking instead. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the start or don't show up, the deposit and any payment are kept. Regular play can be paid in advance on the website or in person, and you can also walk in without booking.

6. If we cancel. If we cancel because of equipment failure, weather at the outdoor venue, a disaster or any other reason on our side, you choose a new date or a full refund.

7. Arriving late. We may not be able to extend your session if you arrive late, because of the next booking. For birthday parties, Party plans and other party events, guests must arrive between 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start time. We can't let you in more than 30 minutes early.

8. Breaking the rules. We may end an event on the spot for a serious breach of the player agreement and house rules, such as smoking. There is no refund or rescheduling in that case.

9. Event coordinator. For private hire and mobile events, the person who booked is our single point of contact for changes, agreements and running the event.

プレイヤー同意書（ご来場時または事前にオンラインでご提出ください）

私は、Lazer Zone（運営：Alpha-War合同会社）でプレイするにあたり、以下に同意します。

1. スタッフの指示とハウスルールに従います。従わない場合、プレイをお断りされることがあることを理解します。

2. レーザータグは走ったり、しゃがんだりする運動であり、転倒や接触によるけがの可能性があることを理解します。フィールドは暗く、点滅・ストロボ照明やスモークを使用します。私（未成年者の場合は署名する保護者）は、これらがレーザータグというスポーツに伴う危険であることを理解したうえで、自らの判断で参加します。

3. 心臓疾患、光過敏性の発作、妊娠、最近のけがなど、プレイに支障のある体調がある場合は、参加前にスタッフに伝えます。酒気を帯びた状態ではプレイしません。

4. 故意または過失により機材や施設を壊した場合は、修理費を負担します。未成年者による損害は保護者が、イベント参加者による損害はイベント責任者が責任を負います。

5. 当社は施設賠償責任保険に加入しています。当社の責めに帰すべき事由によるけがや損害については、当社が法令に従い責任を負います。それ以外のけがや、持ち物の紛失・破損について、当社は責任を負いません。

6. 写真・動画の撮影については「写真・動画ポリシー」に従い、同意書で公開の可否を選びます。18歳未満の方は保護者の署名が必要です。

ハウスルール

- プレイは5歳から。ご来場前に同意書をご提出ください。

- 5〜9歳のお子さまは、保護者も一緒にフィールドに入ってプレイしてください。

- フィールド内は走り回ってもOK。ただし、体当たり、押す、障害物に登るのは禁止です。

- タガーは両手で持ち、投げたり振り回したりしないでください。フィールドの外へ持ち出さないでください。

- プレイしない方はフィールドに入れません。観戦はモニターでどうぞ。

- 全館禁煙です。違反した場合、その場でイベントを終了します（返金・日程変更なし）。

- 当店ではお酒を販売していません。貸切およびパーティープランのご予約時のみ持ち込み可です。酒気を帯びた方のプレイはお断りします。

- フィールド内での飲食は禁止です。

- 体調が悪くなったら、すぐにスタッフに声をかけてください。

Player agreement (sign at check-in or online before your visit)

To play at Lazer Zone (operated by Alpha-War G.K.), I agree that:

1. I will follow staff instructions and the house rules. Staff may stop me playing if I don't.

2. Laser tag involves running and crouching, and I could be hurt by a fall or a collision. The arena is dark and uses flashing and strobe lighting and fog. I (or, for a minor, the responsible adult signing) understand that these risks are part of the sport of laser tag, and choose to take part.

3. I will tell staff before playing about any condition that could make play unsafe, such as a heart condition, photosensitive epilepsy, pregnancy or a recent injury. I will not play under the influence of alcohol.

4. I will pay for repairs if I damage equipment or the venue on purpose or through carelessness. Guardians are responsible for damage caused by minors, and event coordinators for damage caused by their guests.

5. Alpha-War carries facility liability insurance, and is responsible, as the law provides, for injury or loss caused by its own fault. It is not responsible for other injuries or for lost or damaged belongings.

6. Photos and videos follow the photo and video policy; I choose on the agreement whether my photos may be published. Players under 18 need a guardian's signature.

House rules

- Players must be at least 5, and must hand in a signed agreement before playing.

- Children aged 5 to 9 play with a guardian in the arena.

- Running is fine. No body contact, pushing or climbing on obstacles.

- Hold your tagger with both hands. Never throw or swing it, and never take it out of the arena.

- Non-players stay out of the arena. Watch the game on the screens.

- No smoking anywhere in the building. Smoking ends your event immediately, without refund or rescheduling.

- We don't sell alcohol. You may bring your own only during private hire or a Party plan booking. Staff will not let anyone who seems intoxicated play.

- No food or drinks in the arena.

- Feel unwell? Tell a staff member straight away.

1. 撮影について　Lazer Zoneでは、施設やイベントの様子を紹介するため、スタッフが写真・動画を撮影することがあります。撮影中は受付に掲示します。

2. 公開の同意　顔がわかる写真・動画をウェブサイト、SNS、広告に使用するのは、プレイヤー同意書で「公開してよい」を選んだ方のみです。

3. お子さま　18歳未満の方は、保護者が同意した場合のみ公開します。同意がある場合も、氏名、学校名など本人を特定できる情報は掲載しません。

4. 公開しない場合　「公開しない」を選んだ方は、顔が写らないよう撮影するか、公開前にぼかしを入れます。

5. 削除のご依頼　公開した写真・動画は、イベントの記録として原則掲載を続けます。ただし、写っているご本人（お子さまの場合は保護者）からcontact@lazerzone.jpまたは各SNSのメッセージでご依頼があれば、7日以内に削除または加工します。印刷済みの物は次の印刷から対応します。

6. お客さまによる撮影　お客さまご自身やお連れの方の撮影は自由です。他のお客さまを撮影・公開する場合は、必ずその方の同意を得てください。

7. 保管　写真・動画は当社のクラウドストレージに保管し、「プライバシーポリシー」に従い取り扱います。

English

1. Filming. Our staff sometimes take photos and video to show what Lazer Zone and our events are like. We put up a sign at the front desk while filming.

2. Consent to publish. We only use photos or video in which you can be recognized on our websites, social media or ads if you chose "you may publish" on your player agreement.

3. Children. We publish images of under-18s only with a guardian's consent. Even then, we never post their name, school or anything else that identifies them.

4. If you said no. We keep your face out of shot, or blur it before publishing.

5. Taking it down. Photos and videos we post usually stay up as a record of the event. If you appear in one (or your child does) and want it taken down, email contact@lazerzone.jp or message us on social media, and we will remove or blur it within 7 days. Printed materials are updated at the next print run.

6. Your own photos. You're welcome to film yourself and your group. Ask other customers before you film or post them.

7. Storage. We keep photos and video in our cloud storage and handle them under our privacy policy.

1. 対象年齢　お子さま向けキャンプは5〜17歳、大人向けキャンプは18〜55歳です。お子さまの申込みは保護者が行い、参加対象のお子さまごとにプレイヤー同意書をご提出ください。

2. 健康情報　アレルギー、持病、服用中の薬など、安全に関わる情報を申込み時にお知らせください。この情報はお子さまの安全のためにのみ使用し、担当スタッフ以外には共有せず、キャンプ終了後7日以内に削除します。スタッフは原則としてお薬を与えません。保護者からご依頼があれば、エピペンなどの自己注射薬の使用をスタッフが補助します。

3. 食事　食事は任意です。持参した食べ物は冷蔵庫で保管し、必要に応じて電子レンジで温めます。地元のお店による昼食の用意も準備中です。食べ物の交換は禁止とし、アレルギーに配慮します。

4. 送迎　お迎えは、申込み時に登録された方のみとします。登録外の方がお迎えに来る場合は、事前に保護者からご連絡ください。初めてお会いする方には身分証を確認します。お子さまだけでの帰宅は、保護者の書面による同意がある場合のみとします。

5. お迎えの遅れ　終了時刻を過ぎる場合はご連絡ください。お迎えが遅れた場合は、30分ごとに¥2,000をいただきます。

6. 緊急時の対応　けがや体調不良の場合は応急処置を行い、すぐに保護者へ連絡します。必要な場合は救急車を呼びます。災害時はスタッフの誘導で避難し、保護者に引き渡すまでお子さまをお預かりします。

7. スタッフ体制　スタッフ1名につきお子さま5名までとします。スタッフがお子さまと二人きりにならないように運営し、休憩や移動も複数人で見守ります。

8. 生活のルール　他の参加者へのいじめ、暴力、繰り返しの危険な行為があった場合は、保護者にお迎えをお願いすることがあります。この場合の返金はいたしません。

9. 持ち物　貴重品はお持ちにならないでください。スタッフは持ち物をお預かりしません。携帯電話などの持ち物はロッカーに入れてください。

10. キャンセル　「予約・キャンセル規定」に従います。欠席した日の分は、やむを得ない事情がある場合を除き、返金いたしません。

11. 写真　「写真・動画ポリシー」に従います。保護者の同意がなければ、お子さまの顔がわかる写真は公開しません。

English

1. Ages. Children's camps are for ages 5 to 17, and adult camps for ages 18 to 55. For children's camps, a parent or guardian signs up, and hands in a player agreement for each child.

2. Health information. Tell us at sign-up about allergies, medical conditions, medication or anything else that affects your child's safety. We use it only to keep your child safe, share it only with the camp staff, and delete it within 7 days after camp. Staff do not give medication as a rule. If a parent asks, staff will help a child use their own epinephrine auto-injector, such as an EpiPen.

3. Food. Food is optional. Children can bring their own, which we keep in the fridge and heat in the microwave as needed, and we are arranging lunches from local businesses. Children may not swap food, and we watch for allergies.

4. Pickup. We only release children to the adults you list at sign-up. If someone else is collecting, tell us in advance, and we will check their ID. Children may leave on their own only with a guardian's written permission.

5. Late pickup. Please call if you will be late. Late pickup costs ¥2,000 per 30 minutes.

6. Emergencies. For an injury or illness we give first aid and call you straight away, and we call an ambulance if needed. In a disaster we evacuate under staff direction and stay with the children until a guardian collects them.

7. Supervision. There is one staff member for every 5 children. Staff are never alone one-on-one with a child, and breaks and movement between areas are supervised by more than one adult.

8. Behaviour. For bullying, violence or repeated dangerous behaviour, we may ask you to collect your child early, with no refund.

9. Belongings. Please leave valuables at home. Staff don't hold children's belongings, including phones; please use the lockers provided.

10. Cancellation. The booking and cancellation policy applies. Days a camper misses are forfeited, with no refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.

11. Photos. The photo and video policy applies. We never publish photos in which a child can be recognized without a guardian's consent.

5. テーブル・椅子（最大20名分）、Bluetoothスピーカー、マイク、スクリーン、プロジェクターは無料でご利用いただけます。音楽はお客さまでご用意ください。上映する画像・動画・音楽は、動作確認のため24時間前までにお送りください。

出張レーザータグ

6. 料金：10名プラン（2時間）は、会場までの距離、必要なスタッフ数、移動手段、バリケードや電源の要否、日英での案内の要否、参加人数の見込みによりお見積もりします（目安：約¥240,000）。20名プラン（2時間30分）は¥293,000です。交通費・出張費は料金に含まれます。

7. 料金には、ヘッドバンド・タガー（20名プランは24セット）、ルーター、サーバー、ポータブル電源、当社スタッフによる運営と、開始前10分間のレクチャーが含まれます。機材は当社スタッフが設営・操作します。

8. お客さまには、10m×10m以上の安全な場所、搬入経路、会場の使用許可をご用意いただきます。屋外会場では、雨天時の対応を事前に取り決めます。当日、場所が安全でないとスタッフが判断した場合は、開催を見合わせることがあります。

9. タガーは本物の銃に似た外観のため、プレイエリアの外では必ずケースに入れて運びます。参加者がプレイエリアの外へ持ち出したり、公道から見える場所で構えたりしないよう、イベント責任者もご協力ください。

All rentals

1. The booking and cancellation policy covers bookings, deposits, rescheduling and cancellations. The player agreement and house rules cover ages, safety, smoking and alcohol. Every player needs a signed agreement.

2. The event coordinator is responsible for damage to equipment or the venue caused by their guests. Normal wear and tear doesn't count.

Facility rental (Lazer Zone Yokosuka Chuo)

3. Prices: 1 hour ¥45,000, 2 hours ¥80,000, 3 hours ¥120,000, then ¥35,000 per hour for 4 hours or more. A ¥5,000 cleanup fee applies if you bring food or drinks.

4. Bring your own food, drinks, plates and cutlery; we provide trash cans. No food or drink in the arena. We can store your supplies from 24 hours before your start time.

5. Tables and chairs for up to 20 people, Bluetooth speakers, a microphone, screens and a projector are free to use. Bring your own music. Send any images, video or music for the screens 24 hours ahead so we can check they play.

Mobile laser tag

6. Prices: 10 players for 2 hours is quoted per event, based on distance, the staff and transport needed, whether barriers or power are needed, bilingual guidance and how many people may want to play (typically about ¥240,000). 20 players for 2 hours 30 minutes is ¥293,000. Travel costs are included.

7. The price includes headbands and taggers (24 sets for the 20-player plan), the router, server and portable power unit, our staff to run the game, and a 10-minute briefing before play. Our staff set up and operate the equipment.

8. You provide a safe space of at least 10 m × 10 m, a way to bring equipment in, and permission to use the venue. For outdoor events we agree a wet-weather plan in advance. If our staff judge the site unsafe on the day, we may call the event off.

9. The taggers look like real firearms, so outside the play area they always travel in cases. The event coordinator helps make sure no one takes a tagger out of the play area or aims one where the public can see.

Other charges: Shop shipping (flat ¥1,500 per order); for birthday and party packages, ¥5,000 if you bring food and drinks and ¥5,000 for more than 12 players; ¥5,000 cleaning fee for venue rentals when food and drinks are brought in

When payment is taken: When you book or order. Deposits for rentals and mobile events are due one week before the event

Delivery: Services: at the booked date and time. Shop: shipped within 3 days of payment

Cancellation and returns: Services follow the booking and cancellation policy (reschedule within one year if you contact us at least 24 hours before the start; no refunds for customer cancellations; full refund if we cancel). Shop items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Defective or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund at our cost. Shop orders can be cancelled until delivery; if cancelled after shipping, we pay shipping both ways.
